Marketing Program Manager

About the role

Veloxis Pharmaceuticals, a member of the Asahi Kasei Group, is seeking a Marketing Program Manager to lead strategic execution within its U.S. Commercial organization. This role blends operational leadership, tactical ownership, and cross‑functional enablement to accelerate brand performance and support the company’s mission to transform transplant medicine.

Key responsibilities

• Lead core program functions for Marketing, including events, asset development, governance, status communications, and sales tool creation.
• Design and implement scalable tools, templates, and workflows that improve execution quality, visibility, and accountability.
• Manage commercial tactics and programs from planning through launch, ensuring alignment with Sales, Compliance, Finance, Legal, and external partners.
• Support onboarding, team communications, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and act as a central connector to translate plans into action quickly and efficiently.
