Sr. Manager, Peer-to-Peer Strategy & Engagement

About the role

The Senior Manager, Peer-to-Peer Strategy & Engagement will lead the planning and execution of the TARPEYO peer‑to‑peer channel within Veloxis Pharmaceuticals’ U.S. Nephrology Marketing organization. This role focuses on speaker bureau management, educational content creation, and national congress activation to drive brand performance and support transplant healthcare providers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall peer‑to‑peer strategy, including speaker bureau optimization and national congress engagement.
• Create and manage peer‑to‑peer educational content aligned with brand objectives.
• Collaborate with KOLs, faculty, field leadership, medical, regulatory, and agency teams to ensure compliant, high‑impact programming.
• Lead cross‑functional matrix initiatives to pull‑through peer‑to‑peer activities across channels.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate insights, and drive continuous improvement of peer‑to‑peer initiatives.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing, preferably within nephrology or transplant medicine.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills with a focus on brand growth.
• Knowledge of speaker bureau and congress activation best practices.
