Ad Operations Specialist – Remote (US)

About the role

Playfly Sports is looking for an experienced Ad Operations Specialist to join its remote team in the United States. The role supports the execution, management, and optimization of digital advertising across the company’s sports marketing and media portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage digital advertising operations on university and high‑school partner websites and mobile apps.
• Collect campaign requirements, submit requests, and ensure creative assets, targeting, flight dates, and impression goals are accurate.
• Coordinate campaign launches, updates, and revisions with internal teams and external partners.
• Communicate with ad‑tech vendors, resolve operational issues, and improve workflows.
• Monitor campaign pacing, delivery performance, and provide inventory forecasts and monetization guidance.
• Analyze inventory usage, fill rates, and performance to identify revenue opportunities.
• Support enhancements to websites, mobile applications, and advertising technology.
• Develop documentation, reporting processes, and best practices for scalable campaign management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of professional experience in digital advertising operations, ad trafficking, or ad technology.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data into business insights.
