Manager, NPC New Product Transition Project Manager

About the role

Applied Materials is seeking a Manager to lead new product transition projects within the NPC division. This role oversees end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring alignment with product specifications, cost targets, and timelines while supporting a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives, milestones, and resource plans to ensure effective execution.
• Manage project scope, costs, resource utilization, and schedule compliance.
• Document all phases of project development and ensure information transfer across functional areas.
• Lead a team of engineers and project leads, providing professional development and maximizing productivity.
• Drive research and development of new technologies and integrate them into Applied Materials products.

Required profile

• Demonstrated in‑depth understanding of engineering concepts and related job families.
• Ability to apply industry knowledge to achieve business objectives.
