Non-Technical Project/Program Management IV – Escalation Management

About the role

Join Applied Materials as a senior non‑technical project/program manager focused on escalation management within the Regional Escalation Team. You will analyze supply risks, communicate proactively with customers, and support cross‑functional initiatives to ensure smooth fulfillment of semiconductor equipment parts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop proactive communication packages outlining identified part, commodity and vendor risks before issues escalate.
• Analyze large, complex data sets to generate insights, executive summaries and recommendations for risk mitigation.
• Partner with purchasing and commodity teams to create risk communications for part families and suppliers.
• Drive cross‑functional projects, ensure compliance with internal processes, and present status updates to stakeholders.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives and institutionalize regional fulfillment processes.

Required profile

• Intermediate knowledge of customer order fulfillment systems such as SAP.
• Strong analytical, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Experience working in a matrixed, global environment with diverse cultures.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive long‑term solutions.
