Manager, Information Technology Division

About the role

The Information Technology Division Manager will lead a remote team of caregivers, overseeing performance, professional development, and compliance while contributing to the department’s technology strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise team members, conduct performance reviews, and provide staff counseling.
• Manage departmental policies, procedures, and contractor relationships.
• Oversee budget planning, financial analysis, and monthly variance reporting.
• Promote continued education, training, and professional development for staff.
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards and support agile practices across squads.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least four years of technical experience leading people, processes, or technology, with additional experience in budgeting and HR responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
• Experience with financial budget planning, analysis, and reporting.

Required skills

• ITIL Foundations certification (preferred).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or CPHIMS certification (preferred).
