Manager II – Product Adoption & Operational Readiness

About the role

We are looking for a Manager II to lead product adoption and operational readiness across our Global Business Systems portfolio, including Salesforce CRM, CPQ, ERP, eCommerce and sales enablement tools. The role will drive data‑driven, AI‑supported change management strategies that accelerate time‑to‑value and deliver measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead adoption and operational readiness for platforms such as Salesforce, CPQ, PeopleSoft ERP, eCommerce, Gong and enterprise data platforms.
• Design and implement AI‑enabled, behavior‑driven adoption frameworks with real‑time user engagement.
• Use advanced analytics to identify adoption risks, guide interventions and track post‑launch outcomes.
• Partner with product, technology and AI innovation teams to embed in‑product guidance, nudges and recommendations.
• Define success criteria, go‑live standards and post‑launch tracking to ensure business readiness.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to operationalize processes within the platforms.
• Establish KPIs linking platform usage to business results and maintain continuous feedback loops.
• Build and lead a team focused on adoption, readiness and change execution.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in change management, product adoption or sales operations within large enterprises.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale digital transformations (CRM, CPQ, ERP).
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing and customer‑facing processes.
• Experience working with cross‑functional product, technology and AI teams.
