Manager, Broker Partnerships & Supply

About the role

BizScout is seeking an experienced, relationship‑driven business development manager to accelerate growth of broker and brokerage partnerships nationwide. You will own the end‑to‑end process from initial engagement through onboarding and live listings.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a national pipeline of broker partnership opportunities, driving pipeline growth and closed deals.
• Source, develop, and close new broker and brokerage‑network partnerships through outbound prospecting, referrals, conferences, and industry relationships.
• Represent BizScout at broker conferences and industry events, expanding the network of relationships.
• Move signed partners quickly into onboarding so listings go live with minimal friction.
• Collaborate with Engineering and other teams to assess technical integration feasibility and set realistic expectations.
• Maintain visibility into pipeline, forecasts, and partnership performance, consistently hitting acquisition and closing targets.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of business development or sales experience in business brokerage or marketplace partnerships with a proven closing record.
• Experience working for broker marketplaces, associations, or brokerage firms with strong broker community connections.
• Ability to run compelling, value‑driven sales conversations and manage a multi‑contact pipeline independently.
• Professional presence to represent BizScout to brokerage owners and industry leadership.
• High‑agency, low‑ego startup mindset with strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
