Manager, Account Setup (OC)

About the role

Execute initiatives and drive incremental revenue by managing referral processing, supporting product lines, and collaborating with departments to achieve success.

Key responsibilities

• Execute initiatives to drive incremental revenue.
• Manage HCP referral coordinators through creation and processing of referrals.
• Work with the team on HCP order processing, relationship building, document acquisition, and benefit verification.
• Build and implement strategies and programs for initial patient enrollment and product management.
• Manage product lifecycle from sales to IV, document acquisition, and reimbursement.
• Ensure the team follows patient referral and documentation processes.
• Participate in staff meetings to communicate team performance and initiatives.
• Prioritize plans and manage strategically.
• Contribute to company growth and reputation.
• Meet and exceed role goals while adhering to company policies and professional behavior.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and stay knowledgeable of Medicare and other regulations.
• Assist with other duties as required.

Required profile

• Minimum BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience.
• DME experience or equivalent healthcare experience required.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Commitment to the highest ethical and professional standards and compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

• Compensation range $107,954 – $161,931 with potential bonuses or incentives.
