Director, Consumer Advising & Support

About the role

The Director, Consumer Advising & Support leads the strategic direction and operational excellence of Coloplast’s Consumer Advising and Consumer Support functions. Reporting to senior leadership, this role ensures a seamless consumer experience across education, support, complaints handling and e‑commerce assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Consumer Advising and Support, partnering with Marketing and Field Sales.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of a large‑scale contact centre, ensuring service levels, productivity and quality targets are met.
• Drive data‑informed decision‑making through reporting, analytics and performance metrics.
• Lead talent development, building a high‑performing leadership team and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
• Manage cross‑functional relationships with Legal, Compliance, Data Privacy and Field Sales to mitigate risk and align priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in customer‑facing operations such as contact centres or patient support programs.
• Proven ability to lead multifunctional teams and drive operational strategy in a regulated environment.
• Strong executive presence with excellent communication and stakeholder‑influence skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
