Male Locker Room Attendant - Spa

About the role

The Greenbrier Hotel in White Sulphur Springs is hiring a male locker room attendant for its Spa department. This is an hourly position averaging 32 to 40 hours per week in season, with flexible scheduling including holiday availability and some evening hours; 10-hour days are possible. The attendant reports to the Spa Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Light cleaning of locker rooms and guest bathrooms, and light cleaning and daily maintenance of the reception and retail area of the Spa
• Daily maintenance and removal of soiled linen, from guest robes to soiled towels
• Sterilization of spa slippers used by guests
• Keeping quiet rooms neat and tidy
• Stocking and organizing guest amenities in the locker area and assisting with product inventory
• Ensuring the Greenbrier experience, adhering to facility policies and reporting incidents or accidents to the Spa Director
• Lifting and moving furniture, replenishing ice, attending departmental meetings and completing other duties assigned by the Spa Director
• Helping staff lift, store and prepare equipment, furniture and products for special events

Required profile

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs
• Availability on holidays and seven days a week, with flexible scheduling
• Ability to coordinate workloads and schedules, self-motivated and able to prioritize
• Ability to make mature decisions under structured supervision
