Maintenance Technician – The Tennyson at Crescent Village

About the role

The Maintenance Technician ensures that the physical aspects of The Tennyson at Crescent Village meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time, onsite position supports residents and prepares vacant units for new occupants.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing defects and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Perform preventative maintenance across the property to keep building systems operating efficiently.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating necessary repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Experience handling residential work orders and performing repairs.
• Ability to conduct preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Familiarity with safety standards, building codes, and property management procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high property standards.
