Maintenance Technician – TENTEN Campus Glendale

About the role

The Maintenance Technician ensures that the physical aspects of the property, including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and repairing according to policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, tracking usage and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly for proper tracking.
• Assist with grounds and common area upkeep, such as trash removal, pressure‑washing, general cleaning, and painting as needed.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of maintenance experience in residential settings, including apartment turns, service requests, and preventive maintenance.
• Weekend availability and on‑call duty; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance).

Required skills

• Experience with Yardi or similar property management systems.
• EPA Type I, Type II, or Universal certification for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart on the property.
