Maintenance Technician – The Heights at Chino Hills

About the role

The Maintenance Technician ensures that the physical aspects of The Heights community – buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas – meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This full‑time, on‑site position supports residents by addressing service requests and performing preventative maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Diagnose the source or cause of defects and determine appropriate corrective actions.
• Respond to on‑call duties as required, following the Tuesday‑Saturday schedule (9 am‑6 pm, subject to change).

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of property maintenance experience.
• Preferable experience with HVAC and appliance repair.
• Proficiency with computer systems used for work order and property management.
