Maintenance Technician – RV Service (Flat‑Rate)

About the role

Camping World is looking for a Service Technician (Flat‑Rate) to join our growing team. You will work on recreational vehicle (RV) coach systems, generators, and coach body repairs, handling a variety of mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic tests, repairs, or replacements for customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance maintenance on RVs.
• Track all parts and materials used in each job.
• Keep supervisors apprised of work progress and ensure final work meets quality standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.

Required profile

• Certification from a college or technical school in a trade field (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance, etc.) is helpful.
• Minimum of 1 year of service‑technician or related experience.
• RVIA certification is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lb (or move up to 50 lb with assistive devices) and perform prolonged standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
• Must furnish own hand/shop tools and possess a valid driver’s license (preferred).
