Maintenance Technician – Raincross Senior Village

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the team at Raincross Senior Village in Riverside, California. The role involves performing technical and mechanical work to keep the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas safe, functional, and well‑maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
• Maintain the appearance and safety of common areas, grounds, and amenities.
• Provide on‑call support and weekend availability as required.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on maintenance experience.
• Ability to work independently and follow safety standards.
• Flexibility to work Thursday through Monday, including weekends and on‑call shifts.
• Strong problem‑solving skills for technical issues.
