About the role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment, machinery, and building systems, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors when necessary.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED (technical certification or vocational training preferred).
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in industrial, commercial, or residential settings.
- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Required skills
- Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems knowledge.
- PLC troubleshooting.
- Welding and fabrication.
- Use of hand and power tools safely.
