Maintenance Technician – Cloud House

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Cloud House property in Stanton. The role involves ensuring that all building systems, grounds, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for safety, cleanliness, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete preventative maintenance work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with policies and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, tracking usage and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Document all service activities accurately and promptly for tracking and reporting.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by removing debris, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage as required.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing components rather than replacing them whenever possible.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of property maintenance experience.
• EPA certification or related licenses preferred.
• Experience with new‑build properties is a plus.
