Leasing Professional – VRV

About the role

The Leasing Professional – VRV will lead marketing, leasing and renewal activities for a stabilized community of approximately 300 units. Working on‑site in Stanton, California, you will drive occupancy, revenue and resident retention by delivering exceptional leasing experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate community marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase apartment features.
• Process leasing applications, perform credit screenings, and manage lease documentation.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.
• Follow the Thursday‑Monday, 9 am‑6 pm schedule, adjusting as business needs require.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing experience in a residential setting.
• Strong sales background with a proven ability to meet occupancy goals.
• Ability to work onsite and interact directly with prospects and residents.

Required skills

• Experience with Yardi property management software.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
