Maintenance Technician – Avanti at Farmington Station

About the role
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our Avanti team at Farmington Station. The role involves performing technical and mechanical work to keep the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas clean, safe and fully functional.
Key responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
- Carry out preventative maintenance tasks across the property to ensure equipment and systems operate reliably.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendor services.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
Required profile
- Ability to perform technical and mechanical tasks and follow established procedures.
- Strong attention to safety, cleanliness and overall property appearance.
- Capability to diagnose problems, repair defects and work with vendors as needed.
