Maintenance Supervisor for Enclave Falcon Pointe Community

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of the community, including buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This role combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of maintenance processes and vendor coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing defects and performing repairs in line with safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling contractors, procuring supplies and inspecting completed work.
• Develop and maintain standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, breezeways, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members and external contractors to ensure compliance with policies, quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials, coordinating with the Community Manager to order supplies within budget.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance procedures as outlined in the policy manual.
