Luxury Boutique Host – New York

About the role

The House of Dior’s flagship boutique in New York is seeking a polished and engaging Host to be the first point of contact for every guest. As the ambassador of the Dior experience, you will create a warm, sophisticated atmosphere and guide clients through a seamless, memorable visit.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet each client with elegance, setting an immediate positive impression.
• Discreetly determine the purpose of the visit and direct inquiries to the appropriate Brand Ambassadors.
• Provide curated boutique tours, offering recommendations and insights on collections, services, and exclusive spa offerings.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Dior’s heritage, collections, and current promotions.
• Utilize boutique technology and client‑management systems to record interactions and manage traffic.
• Support special events, client‑eling initiatives, and uphold the highest standards of boutique presentation.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a comparable client‑facing role.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a passion for flawless service.
• Professional, poised demeanor that reflects Dior’s elegance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, handling multiple priorities with composure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
