About the role

The LPN Clinic PRN provides direct patient care, including IV therapy, under the direction of a registered nurse. This position supports the multidisciplinary team in delivering high‑quality, personalized care.

Key responsibilities

Deliver direct nursing care to assigned patients, following the Licensed Practical Nurse Act.
Assist and direct ancillary nursing staff with assigned duties.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory standards.

Required profile

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.

Required skills

IV therapy competency (preferred).
Knowledge of nursing processes, patient assessment, and care planning.
