About the role

This full‑time night‑shift RN position provides Med‑Surg and Telemetry care in the Meridian region. The RN will lead patient care using the nursing process, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Apply the nursing process to deliver safe, effective patient care.
  • Assess patient learning needs and provide education to patients, families, and staff.
  • Delegate, direct, and assist licensed and ancillary team members.
  • Use data and evidence to drive improvements and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards.

Required profile

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Current RN license in the state of practice.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • No prior work experience required.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with computers, software, and web‑based applications.
  • Effective verbal and written communication.
  • Strong interpersonal and judgment abilities.
