About the role

The Cleveland Clinic Main Campus is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its Ambulatory OBGYN team. You will provide basic nursing care, monitor patient health, and support physicians and RNs in delivering comprehensive women's health services.

Key responsibilities

Provide patient care activities under the direction of a Registered Nurse and/or physician.
Collect and document objective and subjective patient data, complete nursing assessments, and report findings.
Implement nursing care plans, administer medications or treatments, and monitor patient responses.
Observe patients for adverse reactions, perform routine laboratory tests, and educate patients and families.

Required profile

Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing.
Current Ohio license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
Preferred: one year of patient care experience.

Required skills

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Valid Ohio LPN license.
