Logistics Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Logistics Manager to own and optimise retail fulfillment and logistics operations across all channels. The role combines hands‑on problem solving with the development of scalable processes to support rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of accountability for order fulfillment across retail customers, e‑commerce channels and 3PL providers.
• Manage 3PL relationships, set performance expectations, monitor service levels and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee daily order execution, resolve shipping delays, inventory discrepancies, chargeback risks and routing issues.
• Ensure compliance with retailer routing guides, OTIF requirements, EDI processes, labeling standards and other retailer‑specific expectations.
• Partner with supply‑chain and planning teams to maintain inventory visibility, monitor stock levels and support replenishment planning.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight, optimise transportation strategies and manage carrier relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Demand Planning and Supply Chain teams on retailer launches, promotions and growth initiatives.
• Develop and maintain KPIs for fulfillment accuracy, OTIF performance, freight spend, inventory health and warehouse efficiency.
• Build scalable logistics processes, documentation and workflows while identifying automation and cost‑reduction opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics, retail fulfillment or distribution operations.
• Experience managing third‑party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, finance, planning and supply‑chain teams.
