Contract Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

As a Contract Supply Chain Coordinator you will support the Supply Chain Team by managing warehousing, material handling and shipping/receiving processes to ensure timely logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain materials, equipment, and supplies required for logistics functions.
• Monitor inventory integrity, conduct physical inventories, cycle counts and audits.
• Receive, verify purchase orders and stock items appropriately.
• Maintain loading dock and warehouse safety, and ensure compliance with HAZMAT and safety protocols.
• Track, report and quarantine non‑conforming or damaged parts during inspections.
• Assist in maintaining Material Safety Data Sheets for incoming materials.
• Identify and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Operate various material handling equipment as needed.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience in inventory control or shipping and receiving.
• Minimum 2 years experience with ERP systems.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP functionality.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office and G‑Suite applications.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment.
