Supply Chain Operations Coordinator – First Shift

About the role

As a member of the Commonwealth Fusion Systems Supply Chain Operations Team, you will support warehouse and materials management to help meet company logistics objectives. The position works the first shift, Monday‑Friday, and ensures timely processing of shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain materials, equipment, and supplies required for CFS logistics functions.
• Monitor inventory integrity, resolve discrepancies promptly, and conduct physical inventories, cycle counts, and audits.
• Receive and verify purchase orders, stock items, and quarantine damaged parts with QA/QC guidance.
• Track, report, and identify non‑conforming or damaged parts during incoming inspections.
• Maintain Material Safety Data Sheets for incoming materials and ensure compliance with HAZMAT storage and shipping plans.
• Obey all safety guidelines on the loading dock and in the warehouse, correcting unsafe conditions and keeping the work area clean.
• Identify and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and support other tasks as requested by leadership.
• Operate various material handling equipment safely.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years combined experience in inventory control or shipping and receiving.
• Minimum 2 years experience using ERP systems.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, meet deadlines, and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving ability, integrity, and strong customer‑service orientation.
