Litigation Support Analyst

About the role

CACI is hiring a Litigation Support Analyst I in Washington to support the Department of Justice, National Fraud Enforcement Division, Special Matters Section. The role assists attorneys in investigating and prosecuting matters, including witness interview support, deposition preparation and trial support. It is an entry-level position with up to 10% travel within the continental US, full-time, and requires DOJ MBI clearance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform legal and administrative duties requested by attorneys for fraud division investigations and trials.
• Help organize and maintain cases, prepare the team for witness interviews, discovery and trials, and provide in-courtroom assistance, exhibit collection and review, and legal research.
• Use eDiscovery platforms to review documents and summarize findings.
• Maintain relationships with DOJ components, federal agencies, counsel and others.
• Prioritize tasks, work on multiple cases at once with minimal supervision, and log and organize discovery productions.
• Proofread materials and review documents for relevance.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree or one year of experience on major litigation support projects.
• Hands-on familiarity with the government's office and network environment.
• DOJ MBI clearance obtainable (US citizenship required).
• Desired: automated litigation support experience, eDiscovery and Relativity experience, quality control analysis, bi-lingualism.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, imaging and hardware systems.
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
