Liquidity Modeling & Analysis Consultant

About the role

MassMutual is seeking a Liquidity Modeling & Analysis Consultant to join its Treasury organization. You will work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment delivering analytics on liquidity positioning, identifying risks, and creating mitigation playbooks.

Key responsibilities

• Improve modeling capabilities by building a dynamic forecasting engine for life‑insurance cash flows.
• Design contingent liquidity planning frameworks and stress‑testing scenarios.
• Collaborate with Investment Management, Actuarial, Enterprise Risk Management, FP&A, and Controllership teams.
• Streamline data collection for liquidity stress testing and identify automation opportunities.
• Develop contingency funding playbooks and evaluate funding options across legal entities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Applied Mathematics or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate treasury, FP&A, risk consulting or quantitative analysis.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams.

Required skills

• Financial modeling in Microsoft Excel.
• Data visualization and analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Alteryx.
