About the role
The Dalmar hotel is seeking a Line Cook to prepare food items in line with production requirements, guest service standards, and sustainability goals.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards, production, and portion standards.
- Set up and manage food prep, including dating containers, rotating stock, and ensuring proper temperatures.
- Check pars, determine necessary preparation, and handle freezer pulls and line set‑up.
- Return unused items to storage, covering and dating perishables.
- Assist in controlling food cost, waste, and loss per company standards.
- Operate, maintain, and clean kitchen tools and equipment safely, following MSDS and OSHA standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related kitchen experience.
