Lifecycle & Growth Marketing Lead

About the role

Cefaly Technology seeks a hands‑on Lifecycle & Growth Marketing Lead to design, execute, and optimise multi‑channel customer journeys that drive activation, conversion and revenue growth for its FDA‑cleared migraine relief device.

Key responsibilities

• Build and optimise lifecycle flows across email, SMS, push and in‑app messaging.
• Own the website funnel, improving landing‑page conversion and engagement metrics.
• Run continuous A/B tests, leveraging AI to accelerate experimentation.
• Operate Attentive, VWO and analytics platforms, collaborating with engineering on tracking.
• Partner with SEO and paid‑acquisition teams to shape high‑impact messaging and offer calendars.
• Connect Marketing with Sales and Customer Support to surface friction points and inform lifecycle strategy.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years in growth, lifecycle, CRM or performance marketing for consumer digital products.
• Experience in healthcare or DTC businesses is a strong plus.
• Proven track record of improving activation or conversion metrics.
• Comfortable executing campaigns hands‑on and making decisions with incomplete data.
