Licensed Therapist – Remote California – 1099

About the role

Open Mind Health is seeking fully licensed California therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist) to provide virtual psychotherapy to clients across its 21 Wellness Tracks. This 100% remote, 1099 contractor position offers flexible scheduling with a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver virtual psychotherapy sessions through the company’s telehealth platform.
• Assess client needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide culturally responsive, evidence‑guided care.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the broader care team and adhere to professional, licensing, and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Active, unrestricted California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist [PsyD/PhD]).
• Strong clinical skills with a commitment to evidence‑based, culturally responsive care.
• Ability to maintain a minimum of 20 recurring weekly hours of availability.
