About the role

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide direct patient care, including IV therapy, to pediatric patients in a fast‑paced clinic environment. Working under the direction of a registered nurse, the LPN collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality, personalized care.

Key responsibilities

Deliver direct nursing care using the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs.
Administer IV therapy and other treatments as required.
Coordinate and assist ancillary nursing staff with assigned duties.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure a positive patient experience.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations.

Required profile

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.

Required skills

IV therapy administration.
Basic Life Support (BLS) proficiency.
