About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses for its HICU® Health Services team in Pittsburgh. The role is night‑only and focuses on delivering hospital‑level care to infants and young children transitioning from hospital to home.

Key responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes as an extension of the hospital care team.
Train families on care procedures and support the ongoing care team during the initial weeks of home care.

Required profile

Current LPN license.
At least one year of verifiable LPN experience, preferably in NICU, PICU, ICU, or home‑care trach/vent settings.

Required skills

Competence in infusion therapy.
Proficiency with tracheostomy and ventilator care (home or lab demonstrated).
