Licensed Practical Nurse – Private Duty Home Health

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide private‑duty nursing care for pediatric and adult clients in the Pittsburgh area. You will work one‑on‑one with patients in their homes, delivering compassionate, high‑quality care.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to a client’s home on a schedule you choose and provide hands‑on care.
• Execute and document doctors’ orders, perform assessments, and monitor client conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of observations, interventions, and evaluations.

Required profile

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma required).
• Current LPN license in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania.

Required skills

• Ability to follow and document physicians’ orders.
• Competence in performing patient assessments and monitoring vital signs.
