Licensed Mental Health Therapist – Hybrid (Tualatin, OR)

About the role

We’re hiring a Hybrid Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team in Tualatin, OR. This full‑time hybrid position offers flexibility while allowing you to deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based care to individuals, children, couples, and families in your local community.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver services through a combination of in‑person and telehealth sessions for individuals, children (ages 5+), couples, and families.
• Conduct clinical assessments and create collaborative, effective treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Participate in optional peer support groups and training sessions.

Required profile

• Active California license: LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Psychologist (PsyD/PhD).
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related field.
• Experience working with children (ages 5+).
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and empathy.
• Willingness to provide in‑person services in Tualatin, OR, and telehealth as part of a hybrid model.
