About the role

Lyra Clinical Associates is recruiting a licensed therapist to join Lyra Health's provider network, a leading provider of evidence-based mental health care. The position is a 1099 contractor role based in Des Moines, IA, focused on providing in-person care to minors. The provider works with clients in their own private or group practice, with Lyra handling matching, scheduling, billing and administrative support.

Required profile

• Master's or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD)
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD or equivalent license, able to work independently without supervision, with no current, past or pending disciplinary action
• Experience providing evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT and DBT, and clinical best practices such as measurement-based care
• Ability to provide care to children, adults, couples and/or families, with a strong preference for in-person care
• Own office space in the Des Moines area where clients can be seen
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises as needed
• Full-time resident of the United States
