About the role

Luna is a tech-enabled in-home physical therapy platform founded in 2018, partnering with major health systems to connect licensed therapists with patients. It is looking for a physical therapist who will provide one-on-one outpatient therapy in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care.

Key responsibilities

Treat one patient per visit, with no overlapping appointments
Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients within a maximum 30-minute drive (about 12 minutes on average)
Complete documentation in 3-5 minutes using the Luna app, with no OASIS or start-of-care paperwork

Required profile

Active, state-specific physical therapy license
Reliable personal transportation
Liability insurance
Current CPR/BLS certification
