Legal Tech Customer Success Manager (Texas)

About the role

The Legal Tech Customer Success Manager will act as a trusted advisor for large law firm customers in Texas, helping them integrate LexisNexis drafting, research, analytics, and AI‑powered workflow solutions into daily practice. The role focuses on driving adoption, workflow transformation, and measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of large‑law accounts, leading adoption, retention, and usage growth.
• Build trusted advisor relationships and develop tailored success plans aligned with firm goals.
• Guide firms in embedding LexisNexis drafting, research, analytics, and AI tools into legal workflows.
• Partner with Client Managers, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Enablement on account planning, renewals, expansions, and risk mitigation.
• Use customer health, engagement, and usage data to identify adoption barriers and drive proactive outreach.
• Support engagement strategies that increase awareness, usage, and measurable value across practice groups.
• Represent the voice of the customer by sharing insights on workflow needs and product improvements.
