Legal Tech Customer Success Manager – Texas

About the role

The Legal Tech Customer Success Manager will act as a strategic, consultative partner for large law firms in Texas. The role focuses on driving adoption of LexisNexis drafting, research, analytics and AI‑powered workflow solutions, ensuring measurable business outcomes and long‑term customer value.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of large‑law accounts, leading adoption, workflow transformation, retention and usage growth.
• Build trusted‑advisor relationships with firm stakeholders and develop success plans aligned to legal workflows and business priorities.
• Partner with client managers, sales, product, marketing and enablement on account planning, renewals, expansion opportunities and risk mitigation.
• Leverage customer health, engagement and usage data to identify adoption barriers and drive proactive change‑management outreach.
• Support engagement strategies that increase awareness, usage and measurable value across practice groups and departments.
• Act as the voice of the customer, sharing insights on workflow needs and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Must reside in Texas, as the territory is location‑specific.
• Executive presence with strong commercial acumen and customer‑engagement skills.
• Ability to understand complex legal workflows and the evolving role of AI in legal work.
• Experience guiding success planning, adoption and change‑management in sophisticated legal environments.
