Legal Solutions Consultant (JD Required) – Texas

About the role

We are looking for a Legal Solutions Consultant to help our Texas‑based customers adopt LexisNexis technology, improve their legal workflows, and achieve measurable results. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering training, guidance, and strategic insight to legal professionals and government agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consultative services to legal customers and prospects, ensuring optimal use of LexisNexis products.
• Communicate credibly with clients to understand challenges and deliver tailored education and recommendations.
• Deliver specialized presentations that highlight our value proposition and differentiate us from competitors.
• Collaborate with sales partners on account strategy, preference building, and strategic planning.
• Identify and share leads and opportunities with sales and product specialists.
• Conduct competitor research, analyze findings, and relay insights to product, segment, and marketing teams.
• Gather feature and function feedback from customers to inform product roadmaps.
• Utilize required processes, tools, and systems effectively.

Required profile

• Juris Doctorate (JD) and bar license highly preferred.
• Legal research experience or expertise and a background practicing law.
• Proven sales or training experience with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage a territory.
• Willingness to travel 3–7 days per month.
• Ability to build solid internal and external relationships and collaborate across teams.
