Join LexisNexis Legal & Professional as a Legal Customer Success Consultant in Miamisburg, Ohio. This hybrid position blends legal expertise, training, and sales to help legal professionals maximize the value of LexisNexis solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consultative education and support to legal customers and prospects through proactive outreach.
• Deliver virtual and in‑person presentations, trainings, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with internal partners and sales teams to develop strategic account plans and drive revenue growth.
• Identify upsell opportunities and share leads with sales colleagues.
• Maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, understand their challenges, and recommend appropriate LexisNexis tools.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor degree or comparable paralegal experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in sales, training, or customer‑facing roles.
• Comfort delivering presentations and trainings in a virtual environment.
• Legal research experience and familiarity with LexisNexis products.
