Director of Strategy, Small Law

About the role

We are seeking a strategic leader to shape the long‑term growth of our Small Law business. Reporting to the Vice President & General Manager, the Director of Strategy will partner with executive leadership to turn data, market insight and customer understanding into actionable growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the Small Law segment’s strategic plan, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and long‑term growth goals.
• Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, product expansion possibilities and strategic initiatives that drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Develop strategic product‑roadmap recommendations based on customer insights, competitive intelligence, financial analysis and market research.
• Partner with executive leadership to prioritize strategic investments and allocate resources effectively.
• Monitor market trends, customer behavior, competitive activity and industry developments within the legal‑technology ecosystem.
• Produce market assessments that highlight emerging opportunities, risks and strategic implications.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic leadership, preferably within legal, technology or professional services sectors.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data, customer insights and financial performance into actionable strategies.
• Excellent executive communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Track record of driving revenue growth and strengthening competitive position.
