Solutions Consultant - Small Law

About the role

Join RELX’s LexisNexis Legal & Professional team as a Solutions Consultant focused on the Small Law market. You will become an expert on LexisNexis products, provide education and support to legal professionals, and help grow revenue within assigned accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver consultative services and proactive outreach to ensure customers maximize the use of LexisNexis solutions.
• Communicate with legal customers to understand challenges and provide guidance, education, and product recommendations.
• Reach out via phone and email to uncover training and product needs.
• Present specialized trainings and product demonstrations, highlighting value propositions and differentiators.
• Collaborate with internal partners to develop strategic account plans and drive product preference.
• Partner with sales teams to identify upsell opportunities and support revenue growth.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor degree or comparable experience as a paralegal, legal secretary, or law librarian.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable engaging with legal professionals and delivering training.
