Legal Customer Success Consultant (Generative AI focus)

About the role

Join LexisNexis Legal & Professional, part of RELX, as a Legal Customer Success Consultant. You will be the primary point of contact for law‑firm clients using our document‑management and drafting solutions, guiding them through onboarding, training and adoption while collaborating across product, support and development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the success and satisfaction of a portfolio of law‑firm clients using DMS and drafting solutions.
• Design and execute comprehensive training plans to ensure smooth adoption of assigned solutions.
• Coordinate with technical support, product, and development teams to resolve technical or operational issues.
• Advocate for clients by relaying feedback to internal teams for product improvements.
• Track and analyse client usage data, performance metrics and satisfaction scores to identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer success, account management or client services.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Excellent time‑management and communication abilities, including written and verbal influence.
• Legal or technology background is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Generative AI concepts.
• Experience with Microsoft products.
• Knowledge of document‑management systems such as iManage and NetDocuments.
