The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for Woodshire Apartments, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention. The role involves guiding prospective residents through the leasing process and ensuring satisfaction throughout their tenancy.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and facilitate smooth resident move‑ins and lease signings.
• Inspect apartments prior to move‑in to ensure they meet standards.
• Implement marketing and renewal initiatives to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Maintain resident satisfaction and manage lease renewal processes.

Required profile

• Experience performing leasing activities and resident relations.
• Ability to achieve community occupancy and revenue targets.
• Strong customer‑service orientation to ensure resident satisfaction.
