Leasing Professional – The Park at Woodbridge Station

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for The Park at Woodbridge Station, ensuring high occupancy and resident satisfaction. This role combines sales, customer service, and property management functions to support Greystar’s portfolio of rental housing.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase available units.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues, and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and special programs.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Maintain accurate data on apartment availability, prospect traffic, and resident demographics using on‑site property management software.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Knowledge of local rental market dynamics and leasing best practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Experience using online marketing tools including Craigslist and Facebook.
