Leasing Professional – Solaris Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for its Solaris community in Encinitas. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective leasing, marketing, and renewal activities. You will work directly with prospective and current residents to ensure a smooth leasing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness, and oversee the move‑in process.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement concessions or specials as needed.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising.
• Maintain accurate records in Yardi or the company CRM and ensure compliance with background and credit checks.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing experience, preferably in a fast‑paced, high‑end or luxury environment.
• Proven ability to manage lease cycles, attention to detail, and comfort with marketing outreach.
• Flexibility to work Thursday‑Monday schedule with weekend availability.
• Eligibility for a 20 % housing discount.
