Leasing Professional – Sage (Cypress Cay)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to join the Cypress Cay community in Lutz, Florida. This temporary 90‑day assignment focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate community marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase apartment units.
• Process leasing applications, perform credit screenings, and conduct criminal background checks.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout lease terms and secure lease renewals.
• Support rotating weekend coverage while primarily working Monday‑Friday.
